    Perfect timing. Exposure of the birds looks spot on. One to be very happy with.

    I might tone down the wood ever so slightly, work on the adults eye and add 2 points in selective color to the neutrals to add a little more contrast to the wings.

    Actually, I already did tone the wood down,. In reality, the old tree was much brighter than it appears here but it was overpowering as shot...so I tones it down.

    I had tried before posting your recommendations on the ing, but as the under wings are a fairly soft brown on these birds, it looked a bit funky with more contrast. When I get time later on today, I will give it another try.

    Looks like the baby is about to swallow the parent whole. Lovely action captured and I don't feel the tree is overly bright. Nice to see these guys using natural nest sites as I've only ever seen them in boxes. Congrats
