    Default Banking Bald Eagle

I went to Conowingo yesterday morning, it was one of the better days as the birds were quite active.

Wonderful detail from wingtip to wingtip... presumably at quite some distance. Excellent capture of light and color.

    very nicely done,

Love the dorsal view and the fact that you can see him using his tail as a rudder. BG compliments him nicely and the detail in the feathers look great. His eye looks strange on my monitor, maybe motion blur? Congrats

Thanks, Brian! The shape of the eye is probably due to the size reduction and light angle.

Nice banking pose against a good BG. There are some red fringes at the edge of the beak as well as the white tail area, maybe artifact of processing?

Thanks, Arash! Good catch, I checked the file, it's chromatic aberration that I overlooked.
