Default please help identify an African bird

this bird may be a migrant from Europe; although I have a good list for the country, none of the birds on the list seem to have this much yellow on head and neck

If you can link an image and give some info about location etc it may help.

    Hi Jeroma

An image & location would certainly be helpful, but I'll have an attempt to help anyway.

The European migrants that fit your description are wagtails (Yellow & Citrine) or some 'leaf-warblers' (e.g. Wood Warbler).

    Cheers: Wayne
