    I have images of the same hawk with great wing position, HA, flying toward the viewer, etc, that I took the same day, that fit all the usual criteria. For example this one. However, to me at least, the image posted here seemed most interesting.

    Different out of the box thinking for sure. Interesting composition with land at 45 degree angel. Like you said Bill, a view not often seen, TFS.

    Different it is and a keeper in my book !! Love the tilt and catch !! Just wish we could see the head even going away !!

    Hi Bill - different - but like your thinking - have to agree with AL a head turn back towards you would have put this over the top.
    Think I can see the mouses eye :)
