Bill, Excellent pose and head tilt w/ stare. Love it! Nice details throughout.The white BG is nice and so is the dbl.thin black border. Crop wise, you could have put it on a diagonal or left a bit more room-but I like the crop you chose.It's in your face(but just a teeny bit more room on the sides). Conversion looks good. Nicely done.
