Theme: Snowy Wren
Here is another old bird image of mine that I revisited for this theme. I added several layers of falling snow and some snow on the post using the techniques I mentioned in "Snow Cardinal." I also added some faint, large snowflakes in the BG(Thanks for the inspiration, Dave! :)). Any comments and suggestions would be most appreciated!
Christopher, Excellent wren image and the snow on the post puts this over the top! Love the faint snowflakes. The snow looks very realistic. The fine feather detail is very nice.
Christopher, I like this cold little wren! The snow looks great. It occurs to me that some of these snow-themed posts would make great holiday greeting cards! We should put together a collection after the posts are all in!!

First of all - beautifully composed photo of the wren with great feather detail. Good choice too, because his feathers look all puffed up as I would expect if he were sitting on a pile of snow in a snow storm!:D You did great with the snow on the post. That is not easy!
