    Stuart:

    Nice exposure on your coot, with some mild blocking and a few hot pixels. Not an easy bird.

    Really like the reflected trees.

    I might try a different crop to emphasize the bird a bit more and decenter it a bit. This is just an option, lots of choices here.

    I am starting to get a lot of compression issues here with loss of detail, but I think it shows the crop OK.

    Nice action in this image Stuart and I like Randy's crop suggestion to off center your subject. Thanks for sharing .

    Pssst....

    It's not a Coot but it is a Common Moorhen.

    I do like Randy's crop better.

    Perhaps a a liitle less saturation on the reds?
