Excellent capture Hal !!!
Great behavior, got room for virtual feet, intense pose and got a clear bg behind the bird.
Would try smoothing the bg with a soft brush and might try sharpening the eye area some more, critical focus seems to be on the wing
On the re post just smoothed out the bg and sharpened eye Sweet capture just wish it was mine :)

Excellent behavior capture. BG looks good also. Do agree with Al, seems a little soft around the eye.
