Thank you Harshad, a magnificent beast, a real awesome character and one of life treats to meet, the Tiger that is, LOL.
Like the majority of us, there is always that 'blade of grass' in the way, nothing you can do and often miss getting the shot. Has this been cropped, even at ISO 800 for Nikon it does look a little 'noisy', hence my question. I guess it was shot from a jeep rather than from an elephant judging by the POV.
Still, it's a nice shot and will always be an animal I cannot photograph enough. TFS, appreciate the dedication.
Steve :-)

Harshad, visiting you and shooting the tigers is DEFINITELY on my To Do list when we visit India. TFS!
Cheers, Jay

"Nature Interpreted" - Photography begins with your mind and eyes, and ends with an image representing your vision and your reality of the captured scene; photography exceeds the camera sensor's limitations. Capturing and Processing landscapes and seascapes allows me to express my vision and reality of Nature.
Harshad, I never use any noise reduction, and perhaps I should at times. There are some plug in for PS if you fancy a look. Can't say to much as I haven't tried them!

Mighty fine close up and do like the tech settings !!! Your camera should be very clean at that setting Do try Neatimage, easy to use and great results. Can also try Topaz !!!
Nothing too much more to add from this nice sharp portrait Harshad, other than to perhaps increase the saturation a tad.
Harshadbhai,
I love the close up in your face pose...a beautiful cat, is this one male or female?
