Nicely timed - I like the frozen drops of water. The wings at the peak of the upstoke are nice and show a lot of detail.

You probably want to adjust the horizon - the image appears tilted slightly to the right.

Lovely timing for that shot, the pose is great. I agree about the tilt. I' also think it seems a little cluttered, with perhaps a bit too much action intersecting the wing.
The shutter speed seems to have caught the water effectively, with plenty of splash but clear legs still, which looks very nice.

would have prefered a lower angle as it would have put the other birds OOF. still loved the timing and the water splash adds well to this frame..
