    What a beautiful bird , nice details and BG , wish for better perch but I would love to have this as it is in my files

    The clipped tail stops it from being the pefect image . Othewise , one heck of an image !!!

    Before posting this shot I also had doubts over the clipped tail but my other shot had a manmade perch and I couldn't work out which was best.

    Geez Bob, ... if that's a man-made perch then I say let it be! :)

    I like both of these captures very much ... the leg up on the first is very nice... the totally unobscured bird in the second also very appealing to me. Very good details and exposures in both images, and a bird I've never seen.

    Nice shootin' I say, I like 'em both.
