    Captured at the flight deck at Bosque del Apache. The sun had just begun to rise and there were a few stragglers, both on the water and in the air.

    50D, EF70-200mm f/2.8L @ 70mm = 112mm
    Manual mode, f/2.8@1/250, ISO 400 WB 5100K
    AI Servo autofocus , handheld no flash

    Hi Kerry,
    This is one beautiful place...I plan on going there next year...:) I don't know if these were the actual colors as presented, but I'm seeing the saturation of the reds/ oranges a tad over, and the wild life looks a tad on the lavender side...again, I have never had the pleasure of being there. Aside from this, simply beautiful...keep them coming Sir...:cool:

    Gus this sunrises do get some kind of intense !!!! Might back down the sat from the lower since the geese have a cast and would increase density on the sky !!!

    Wouldn't mind having less detail on the land part, since its backlit we normally don't expect much there !!! Sure miss Bosque !!! Hope next year they will plant some corn !!

    Very intense image Kerry. Agree with the saturation comments but still like it very much.
