Boy! Talk about calm water and a great reflection, well done. Nice and sharp and I like how nothing appears over done. Very nice. Dave

Beautiful calm water, good angle, sharpness and the reflection is perfect. Maybe a tad more contrast?

Terrific water and plumage detail Michael. A beautiful portrait. Proves you don't always need a funky head angle!

Thanks Micheal. I am not sure that I ever saw a wigeon there. Have you seen or photographed the Ivory Gull?

Will you be at the Barnegat GTG?

Artie, There were quite a few Wigeons and Shovelers there. They were very skittish. We had to wait a long time for one to swim close. I didn't see the Ivory Gull. Looking forward to meeting you at the GTG!

The calmness on the water and reflection make the shot for me Michael very nicely captured.

I read a report that the Ivory Gull was at the marina until 4:30 PM today.

Thanks Axel. Have you chased it yet? If it stays for two more weeks, I may head down there after the Barneget GTG.

I haven't been there yet. It's an immature bird that has been there for over a week now.
