I like the background and position of the bird in the frame. It would be nice if the head were turned a little more towards the camera IMO.

Ashay, I agree w/ Rodney regarding the head turned just a bit towards the camera. Nice details and beautiful BG colors. I really like the rock it's perched on and seeing the feet is a nice bonus.I might evict the pooh on the rocks. Nicely done.

Lovely image of this Ashy crowned sparrow and a killer BG. Agree with above comments and I would be tempted to crop a tad from the top too. Many thanks for sharing Ashay.

A beautifull bird that I have never seen before Ashay. I agree about the head turn but it works for me in the way that you posted. Regarding composition, I think that this one would work much better in landscape format with free room at the left of the frame. Thanks for sharing. Keep then coming :-)

I love the bird, really good one. Agree about landscape format and the white stuff on the rock.
HA mentioned but not critical here IMO.

    Also agreed.
This is certainly not a common bird here, and I'm very happy to see it! :)
Looks just a tad crispy on the wing and underparts when I lean forward in my chair.

    Thanks for sharing this one,

    Kenn
