Default New Camera Body Need Some Help

I currently Have a Nikon D300 and these Lens 600mm VR f/4, 200-400 VR f/4, 70-200 VR f/2.8, 24-70 f2.8 14-24 f/2.8, 105mm f/2.8 Macro, 1.4 TC, 1.7 TC & will be adding the 2.0 to finish that off just to give you a little idea of my gear. I'm looking to add a new body shortly and I love Birding! and Like doing landscapes as well.

I'm looking for a camera that will give me something that I don't have with my D300 and would like to have a full frame camera for doing my landscapes. I have been looking at the D3s at the ISO 200-12,800, expandable to ISO 102,400 (Hi3) wow! and 7fps in FX-format, up to 11fps in DX-format.

I would like to have a full frame camera but it would be nice if it could give me a boost in Birding like low light conditions ect ect.. I have no intention on selling my 300 but have a few extra bucks saved up and would like a new camera body. I was looking at the D3x which would be great for landscapes period!!! But don't think it would help me in the birding or having that crop factor of a DX format camera.

Anyone have any suggestions? Money's not the object here and I'm new to the forum and am looking for some help or suggestions. Thanks ahead of time.

Unless you're considering non-Nikon brands, otherwise, what else is there - for now - other than what you have already mentioned?

The other option I can think of is wait. Perhaps a D4 will show up in the near future.
