Very nice composition. Love the rock/lichen background and his alert look. Nice looking ram with a big, open curl. I don't know the location so was wondering if this is Rocky Mountain bighorn or desert bighorn?

Thanks Milo. The Garden of the Gods is located in Colorado Springs. This is a Rocky Mountain Bighorn.

I agree with Milo's comments. An artist could not have painted a greater BG. Nice ram and alert pose!
    Best,
