Captured this image at Crown Hill Park in Colorado. Pretty cold this morning, but it did not seem to bother this coyote. Thanks for looking.

That is looking cold Dan. Like that furtive look. Well done.
Thanks David.
Hey Dan - Excellent "coyote in its environment" shot. Love the light falling snow, the surroundings and of course the coyote, one of my all time favorite animals. I've looked at the shot several times and I keep wondering if it would look even better if just a smidgen darker.
Thanks for the comment Danny. I actually thought about that, but I preferred the lighter image, just seemed to bring out the snow a little better.
Very nice image Dan. Good representation of environment. Well done.
Thanks again for the comments.
Oh Dan I love the look he is giving you . Beautiful capture with wonderful action and excellent detail. I love these animals and would very much like to have seen more when we were in Yellowstone. They are so gorgeous in the winter months. Thanks for sharing !!!
Great shot Dan! Love the look....he seems like he up to no good. Great detail

Nice timing to catch him with the head turn and raised feet. Great image for showing their habitat in winter.
A images of an animal in their enviroment. Like the look towards the camera, really enhances the image.
I appreciate the comments!
Looks like it's a Coyote with a mission. Nice detail, with a winters' feel.

Post Production: It’s ALL about what you do with the tools and not, which brand of tool you use.
The posture and look does it for me Dan !!! Fine image !!!
Very nice habitat shot, Dan; also vote for a little darker coyote. Like the pose and the eye contact- things to do :). I always like to see the N American cousins of our jackals.
