This is Tory, my wife's red-tailed hawk. Having him only 6 weeks now, he flies free about the neighborhood looking for squirrels and comes back when called. Here he is flying off one of his favorite perches. The jesses and anklets have been cloned out. Thanks for looking!

Very dynamic pose. Maybe a little less room on the bottom and more on the top.

What a cool bird to have. I'd take a little off the bottom as well. A great pose. There is always more detail and sense of depth when the feathers are fluffed. This has such a smooth appearance.....did you apply any noise reduction or is this just the way it turned out. It has a bit of a painterly quality.

cool! something about the bird seems a bit odd, noise reduction, sharpening, cropping, not sure.

Hey Lana. Noise Ninja was applied to the bg and just a soft touch of selective lightening to the leg and body feathers were made. Maybe that's giving the impression of a painterly look- perhaps something that should not have been done?

    Thanks for stopping by!
