Here's another of the watery reflection photos I've been working on. I used the Color Efex bi-colored filter on this one and I think I also did a bit of a screen layer to lighten/brighten it all a bit more.

It's so beautiful and peaceful Jules. I usually don't like a square crop but this looks perfect as is. The diagonal soft ripple is delightful. One of my favorites of yours.
PS-I love your new avatar!!
I had to change the avatar back - it looked all fuzzy. I'll keep playing with it.
Glad you like the image - it's one of my new favorites as well. I want to dive in every time I look at it.
Very nice composition, Julie. Agree with Denise; the diagonal soft ripple and color shift across the boundary makes it special.
Jules, This avatar looks perfect. The BG color is great!
Jules, I love this - it's so serene and the ripple makes you feel like you're floating away:)

Simplicity itself Julie. Love everything about it. Beautiful change from blue to green with the ripple.
Love the mood and the colors. Here is an alternative crop for y'all to consider.

Arthur, thanks so much for the kind words (as well as from all my OOTB buddies!) That was close to my original crop but I changed it to an 8x10 so I could include it on this year's calendar and that's the one that got uploaded instead of the first crop.
Great minds think alike, no? :D;):D
I have this on my desktop at work and it makes me float away every time I see it. I keep thinking the cabana boy is going to bring me a mai tai but my boss keeps showing up with more work instead...
As to the great minds, yes, very much so <smile>
