Not easy to photograph a Wood Duck flying towards you, but you managed to do so here! As posted it looks nice and sharp. I would prefer the subject to be placed left of the frame rather than right. The other two OOF birds distract rather than add to the image - I would suggest removing them post-capture. Harsh light did not help you much here, excpet to give you decent SS :-)

Nice landing pose, BG and sharpness. I agree with Daniel about crop and birds in the BG. Keep them coming!

Hmm beautiful posture and sharpness, and perfect SS for the job. I would remove the OOF birds in the background, add canvas to the right and take some away from the left.

I have a contrairian take on the birds in the bg, they are out of focus enough to make this work for me, I particularly like the one on the top but I wish it wasn't clipped. A very cool image and tough to get the bird in focus coming straight at you like this, well done.

Hi Kyle, beautiful shot and the BG is good here, I may remove for sure the OOF bird touching the main subject. To take out the second one is purely a personal choice and I'll not remove that. Congrats!!
