    Hi everyone,

I have been absent for quite some time now! Finally after 8 weeks of redecorating, and rebuilding my home it is finally finished! As such I have more time for things I really enjoy, like participating more at BPN!

As the christmas holiday season is nearing, apparently the period during the year when most baby's are conceived I thought this shot, that I took during de Gannet breeding season this summer, would be appropriate. ;)

Here they were doing their courtship/displaying thing. The super warm light is caused by some of the last rays of sun poking through some heavy rainclouds. The room on top is for possible future publication as a magazine cover.....(wishful thinking maybe....:o)

    Hope you enjoy it.

Good to see you post again and what a cool image. I like the interaction, exposure control, light and composition. What magazine cover do you have in mind? :)

Hi Krijn - Reminds me of one of Artie's beauties. Just a lovely shot with an interesting background color. Well done.

Beautiful tones and colours. It would be great to see a larger version but I guess not with the size limit in this forum. The detail must be fantastic!

    Krijn:

I think the entire flow of this image is up, so the extra space there works for me, magazine or not!

    Lovely.

Its a beauty Krijn and I like the extra space on top as it flows with the poses as they look upward...
