    Infrared Motion Blur Experiment

I wanted to do some experimenting today with taking IR images beyond the typical IR landscape and see whether (and how well) I could incorporate some of the more creative techniques that I have been using for color images into the IR images. This is an example of some IR motion blur images that I created today.

Canon Rebel XT converted to IR by LifePixel; 24-70mm f/2.8L lens; handheld.

    1/8 sec @ f/22; ISO 100; 0 EV; FL 40mm

Thanks, folks. As always the comments, critiques and recognition are all appreciated. This image was made during a lunchtime walk in a community parkway not far from my office. I guess it shows that good images can be made anywhere, anytime.

Ed, I must have missed this whole week. I love it! The IR really works well with the blur. Congratulations.
