Wing position, light and eye contact look good, I would only tone down the highlights on the body and rump.

Beautiful light and great detail. I'd agree about toning down the bright areas.

Beautifully done, Arash, with the highlights tones down as suggested above it will be better. Like the feather details!

I like the underwing detail you captured in this image. Great HA and eye contact. Well done!

Very nice clear shot of wing, head and eye. Agree it does seem a bit bright. Well done. Dave

Like the eye contact and wing position. In addition to taming the whites, I would darken the pupil a little and run another pass of sharpening.

    7D is rockin'!!

Are you enjoying the 7d as much as your images are projecting? This one is sharp and spot-on!

Thanks Jay, yes when my shots are in focus I do enjoy the fine detail and cropping power of the 18 mpixel sensor, I still have some issues basically in the same conditions that I described a few months earlier when I first got the camera, but I am soon upgrading to 500. with more focal length I will be able to fill the entire or most of the 19 point AF area with the bird so that the camera has no chance of seeing the BG and locking on it :)
