    I photographed this sunrise at the Grand Canyon with my 5D MK II. ISO 200, f/22.0. 1/20 sec, -0.67 EV, EF70-200mm f/2.8L IS USM, 200mm, Evaluative Metering, Auto Exposure, Cloudy WB, No Flash. Comments Welcome....

    Very impressive Mr. Waas,
    I like the symmetrical shadows playing up on the canyon wall...the colors, details and textures are superb...congrats...:cool:

    Oh yea,.... the shadows make the difference. This is your best one IMO, are you saving GPS points for your friends?

    Print and hang,..this is beautiful Richard. I have read that landscape photography was kinda Zen-like...it must feel incredible to see this in person.

    Beautiful Richard! Grand Canyon is one of those places that is so vast it is difficult to convey the feeling of being there, but this does an excellent job. Love the colors and the shadow play. Well done sir!!

    Hi Richard It is gorgeous All else I can think of doing is having the GD ND filter for the top !!

    Would just tone down the top a bit, the overall mood is great and you got a wall hanger !!! Big Congrats !!!
