    Default Moose Cow feeding

Taken in Grand Teton NP with a Canon EOS3 and the Sigma 300-800mm lens on E100VS film. Settings unrecorded (hey, it's film!:p) I was probably at 800mm as the cow was with a calf that was a short distance away.
    As always, comments welcome.

Beautiful light and great detail. Just need a little more room in front of the moose.

What nice light. Beautiful exposure and colors and it looks live a very nice scan. The mouth position gives it a bit of a "goofy" look, for lack of anything else to comment on, but that might have been what you were after. You might be on the verge of oversharpening, certainly no more than this. My routine is normally to sharpen with several passes of USM (125, 0.2, 0), and then back off one pass when it starts to show.

Great colors, maybe a tad oversharp but very nice detail. The blue color of the water where the mouth just came out looks a little out of place with the surrounding color. I'd keep it blue but tone it down just a bit.
