My friend and I went to Barnegat Light and met up with Axel. Of course this cute little BBP caught my eye-surprise!! Not another BBP!!!:). I did remove some of the FG blur on the right a bit and a small piece of rock on left.

Great shot, Denise, as usual. You always manage to get a lovely BG, exposure and detail. And the raised-foot pose tops it off. I hope to get to Barnegat next week if the jetty doesn't freeze over.

Track sharp and well exposed. Like the raised foot a lot. Would be nice to see the other foot as well. BG is fantastic. Well done.

No suggestions. perfect. loved the color in the water. I think the bird and perch having the same color make this special.

I knew you couldn't resist photographing these guys. :) Walking pose, BG and eye contact make this one for me. A bit more head turn toward you would have been nice.

Love the raised foot, great rocky perch, and nice BG. Sharpness is excellent. Wish I could see the other foot.

Like the foot-up pose & low angle. Tack sharp with great feather detail.

    Lovely image Denise :)

A slight more head turn would have really made this.

Perhaps lighhtening the eye a bit would add to it as well?
