    Default Bluebird on Approach

    50D, 500mm, 1/2500 sec, ISO 800, f/4.

I posted a bluebird in flight shot back on the "Eager to Learn" forum and got some great information. Today I had the chance to shoot some more with much better light and appropriately high shutter speeds to get a sharp head/eye. The bokeh looked better before posting it on pbase, as did the sharpness.

    Looking forward to your C&C:

Edit: posted the wrong image. Correct one uploaded.

    Thanks,

BG and eye contact look good. I would run NR on the BG and sharpen body and head more.

Looks good to me. Nice background and very sharp, exposure looks good. A bit of noise but at 800 ISO I guess that is to be expected.

Wonderful timing and pose. Agree with Axel about the NR and USM. Many thanks for sharing.
