    Hi Folks.

IMHO, the original of this Hawk was taken a few years with an Olympus C-70 UZ 10X by Gina shooting in Program
and I think it is an amazing photo. I printed it on canvas in its natural habitat, and the Camera Club has displayed it a couple times in showings.

This sketch was done in "AKVIS Sketch" The next repost I changed the BG to black & framed it.

    Hi Folks

This the original where I exercised artistic licence and replaced the BG and used Stroke in Photoshop for the frame.

Well Gus I love the black image - it really has drama! I like the original post as well but feel the area above the hawk is too light - it's really pulling my eye away from focusing on the bird. Maybe a little tone down in the URC would do the trick...nothing big, just a tweak down in curves.

Very nice image and application, Gus/Gina.

Like the original, but also the rendering.

Hi Gus and Gina, I like both versions. The sketch look is very nice, and like the drama of the black image. Personally I would lighten the wing tips in the black one so that they stand out more from the BG. Well done!
