    Hey Ed, nice close up of this very skittish species (for us up here anyways). Sharpness and exposure look good. Perfect pose too! There is a strong colour cast (magenta, and blue). Should be an easy fix via Colour Balance. I am not comfortable with where the reflection is cut - you could crop a bit more to eliminate the bill which I find is skimming close to the edge, or if you have it include the complete head (plus a bit of room to spare). Keep it up!

    Love the low angle, eye contact, and image sharpness. I agree with Daniel's excellent observations and suggestions.

    Better? I backed off on the magenta and blue and crop just a wee bit from the bottom.
