    I am very bizzy with our new book full of pictures of the Dutch nature and wich wil apear on wensday the second of december. There fore this oldie from past years visit of south africa and to bring me in the mood of the comming trip in februari 2010.

    Pretty bird, good angle, interesting perch and good eye contact. I might sharpen the head a bit more.

    Hi Alex - Great shot, awesome bird and very unique perch. This image has a crazy bokeh that I really like.

    Great bird and awesome perch! I'd be tempted to patch out the three white dots on it though. I also find the WB rather cold...I'd warm it up a bit. Nice comp with the perch coming in the frame in one direction and the bird looking out the opposite way :-)

    Great capture, Alexander; sharpening & warming mentioned. These guys are in my garden when the aloes flower (this one is sitting on an aloe leaf) and they do not sit around quietly, you did well catching it.
