    Pretty cool capture Guy! The bird looks like a ghost rising up from the ether. Sharp where it needs to be. Exposure looks good. ISO 100 for flight is usually a dicey proposition, but it worked for you here.

    Wow! you handled the light coming from the left very well. Enough detail on both sides. The empty sky creating the ghostly effect Doug mentioned is just outstanding. I might even like it if the land horizon were not there and all you could see in the BG were sky.

    Cool pose, angle and good sharpness. Did you bait the bird? I might lighten the eyes a bit.

    This is a real "phantom owl"; lovely image, especially with the BG colour. I would really like to see one of these in real life.

    Very effective, great exposure control. Good choice of ISO to control noise
