    Canon 50D, 400f/5.6L, 1/800s, f/5.6, ISO 400, Av mode, EC +2/3, tripod
    minimal crop following 0.6 deg rotation, two small pieces of floating debris cloned out, minimal PP (levels, curves etc. as per Digital Basics)

    A great image here, always helps that you did not have a heavy crop as most of mine are. I love the background, but might try to clone out those light circles in front of the bird. They don't seem to be part of the scene.

    Moorhen exposure looks fine as does sharpness.

    Since I love green, I really like to foreground and background.

    I would crop some od the bottom off so that the subject isn't center.

    Agree with Ben about cleaning up the light colored orbs.

    Image look as though it could use a little CW rotation?

    Like the low angle and presentaion, Leo !! The BG is very supportive. Agree with Ben as to the light areas.

    Lovely image. I like the sharpness and detail, BG and low angle. Would adjust the mid-tones just a bit as this looks a bit on the bright side to me.
