Nice angle and good catch to get him with singing. I'd clone away the brown stuff right of center, and wish you had been higher to get past the green leaves in front of the bird.
This image reminds me that the first RWBs will start showing up in about a month - harbouring the next migration season!! The biggest OOF leaf is the biggest distraction here, and I wish there was more detail visible in the blacks - particularly where wing meets body. Maybe flipping your camera to vertical would have been nicer too as it is a bit tight especially at bottom.
Disagree. The bigggest problem for me is with the harsh light and the poor light angle, a deadly combination... The sun is so high overhead that much of the lower part of the bird's body is in shadow. Best to photograph these birds in early morning or late afternoon light or on cloudy bright days...

I cant get past the blocked up blacks either. The oof leaves and dead stuff detracts, but is not the biggest problem. You get an "A" for effort however.
