Default Mum and baby Chacma Baboon

At around 3 months of age the baby migrates from mum's belly to the more advanced jockey position.

I would have liked a bit more room on the left, but that would be at the expense of the baby with the available room I had in the vehicle as I was already as far back as I could be.

Sweet moment. It seems you were pretty close. More space would have been better, however, at times, you have no other way but to compose tight. Thanks for sharing.

Dandy shot, Marc. I love the intense stare of the adult an the little guy is adorable. Light, color and comp are great as always. Fur detail is wonderful. Interesting yellowish color on the baby. Another winner.

Marc, in a troop of baboons, one gets endless opportunities to capture various images, and you certainly managed one in this. Love the eye contact, with good sharp detail throughout. Being in either your own vehicle or a game viewing vehicle, you are restricted for FL, so I can understand for cutting off the baby's behind.
