    Beautiful as ever Mirenchu, like the DOF, the sharpness, the color, and how you faded the flower into darkness at the bottom. I might take a little off the bottom but that just personal taste.

    Doug and Thanaboon, thank you for comments! and yes, looking at the image right now it will be better to take off a little at the bottom. In my monitor (before uploading the image) the stem was visible...but once is uploaded it is lost...

    my first thought was a little off the bottom too, but after seeing the crop i like the original best. love the dreamy light. i had to look for the sig after doug mentioned it. i like it too!! blends in nicely. almost looks like part of the plant!!

    I agree with harold, thought it needed a slight bottom crop, now I like OP better as well - good stuff.

    This is indeed a very beautiful image, Mirenchu; I think the soft blue/purple light on the thistle really makes this a unique capture---especially with that black bg.
