    Default Egret Again

Another exposure of the same Egret with the same weird background.

I've just been spotted and the bird was in the process of back peddaling of sorts.

I like the symmetry of the wings, HA, and the open beak. The light seems a tad harsh, and I would maybe run another round of NR on the BG. I would also move him up in the frame.

Love the BG, also the dangling legs. Agree with Stuart that higher in the frame would improve the image. To calm the harsh highlights on the forewings, you might try masking off that part of the bird, and run a linear burn blend at about 10 - 15% opacity.
