    Hi Folks:

Another year round resident who nests in a Cholla Cactus growing in our garden. Caught this cheeky devil about 7:30 while having breakfast on the back porch. Gorgeous weather with hardly a cloud in the sky.

    CC's welcome & always appreciated

Love the light, the big bright eye, the feather details, the spiky perch and the blue cloudless background. Nearly full frame is a plus too. Wish the angle is lower and I see a little bit of halos around the beak.

    Hi:

Thanks for looking and your kind comments.

I wish my eyes were as sharp as yours as I lightened the beak
and must have been sloppy and carried over into the BG

    Best regards

Lovely angle Gus and perfect HA. The blue BG showcases the bird nicely. I am wondering if it is a bit oversharpened??? The lower angle of capture makes him look quite regal.

Hi Gus Agree with suggestions and it might be over sharpened a bit !!! Might want to go with PhotoKit and let the program do its thing !! I rely on the sharpening brushes for most of my work !!!
