    Great image...looks like it just pops out the monitor. This is one of the best images I've seen made on a 7D.

    I like the detail on the near wing, but the head seems just a little soft by comparison. I also wish the bird were flying towards you instead of away from you. A bit more DOF with a slightly slower shutter speed might have helped here.
