I photographed this image at White Pocket north of Page, Arizona in Utah with my Canon 5D MK II. I thought due to the graphic nature of the image that it would look good in black and white. I'll post the original image in color. :et me know your thoughts. ISO 200, f/22.0, 1/160 sec, EF16-35mm f/2.8L II USM, 32mm, Evaluative Metering, Auto Exposure, Auto WB, No Flash, Comments Welcome......

Maybe it's the season I like them both but migrate to the colors, but all about feel anyway - nine one. Looks like you are having fun and staying active.

Hi Richard You sure are coming up with neat compositions, I like it !!

Landscapes like this one with lots of crevasses seem to work better with the sun low on the horizon creating defining shadows, in the b&w version would be more noticeable. ... taking notes from you images in case I can get there !!! :)

I'm leaning toward the black&white version, since you see the shadow more clearly which help define the form of the rocks surface here.

Great angle Richard, think I like the colour a litle better. The blacks in the black and white got a little dark on the top ridge. Really sharp for f22.
