Hi Al - personally not fond of head shots but the large catch really makes this one work. love the rim lighting and good detail in this image!!

Good catch both of you. The whites on the head look a tad blueish on my monitor.

As previously stated I notice the blues also and the hot spot on top of the head. There also seems to be a lack of feather detail on his neck. Did you run this through NR ?

Mr. Not-too Keen on the fine detail loves this one. Again, the whites on the top of the head look very bright from here.
