    Default Soft Sunflower

    Attached Images Attached Images

I took an image of a sunflower and did several effects inc. de-saturation,color-efex filter, topaz filter ,plastic wrap filter and zoom blur. I also did several layers of texture and softness. I wanted to see if I could get an almost impression of the sunflower w/ a softness to it. I had this vision in my mind and it took a bit of working to get what I wanted.

sweet effect.....I can see this as a huge print on a wall in a very neutrally decorated room.
Would still like the crop a wee bit more off center left or right, but not much. The pale touch of
    the one color is nice.

    Happy Happy to you

Dave, I like your idea of off-centering a bit and will give it a try. Thanks for looking in. I appreciate it.
    Happy Thanksgiving to you too.

That is a wonderful, soft look. I think maybe the sort of border I see around the top and sides could maybe be extended across the bottom too - so those lines don't escape off of the bottom. :D

I imagined this as working well as a background for wedding photos. A wedding photographer that has stepped OOTB could do some awesome overlays on this.

Patti, The border is on the bottom-maybe it is a bit lighter? I'll have to check it out.Thanks.

Very good bull's eye with soft colors. Centered works very well here.
