    Yet another under 15 cm , 11-11.5 cm
    Made this with D700, 600mm , ISO 400, 1/1000, tripod at F5.6
    PP wise cropped to vert , levels , contrast and NR on BG
    All C & C are most welcome and much appreciated

    Really nice pose, perch and BG. The head looks a tad oversharpened on my monitor but overall a very fine image.

    Hi Harshad - Nice image and the bird's bill reminds me of that of the indigo bunting we have in Missouri. I would take a little off the top. Take care.

    I like the simplicity of the image. Lovely lazy pose against a clear OOF BG. I would maybe move him up in the frame a bit.

    I like the little spiderweb at the bottom of the perch. Looks to me like the point of maximum focus is on the tail feathers. I don't know that the head is oversharpened; I suspect that it was a little soft at the time of capture. Sharpening made the soft detail look a little coarse.

    Hi Harshad, I like this image a lot. Would prefer a crop to half the canvas above bird. BG well handled. Agree with Doug Brown on the sharpening. Keep them coming, Harshad !!

    Nice and simple as said! Love the pose and light. Sharpness appears OK to me. you know your raw file so check where the focus point is. Doug could well be right! :)
