Doug - A gorgeous and unique wild turkey image in velvet lighting. I like the natural background as well. This is just an overall feel-good shot, especially for a Missouri boy who's been watching turkeys for many a year. Got the little noodle sticking up as well - cool.

Great image, Doug !! Pose superb as is perch and supportive BG. Wonder if a crop from top to roughly 1/3 down towards birds head from top would increase the impact even further??
    Thanks for showing

If anything a bit more space below for me, just tight as is for my taste. Regardless of that, a nice pose and complementary BG. All good in the end. :)

Gorgeous, everything done well. Agree with trying a slight crop from the top.

A great pose and good detail in the bird, Doug. My only comment is that the OOF branch in the LRC tends to draw my eye away from the bird. It would be an easy fix to make it less noticeable. Well done.

Beautiful image - detail, color, contrast, angle. Slightly stressed facial expression but guess that goes along with the season...
