    killer all the way. superb tones. gr8 sharpness. a little lower angle would have been good but this one seems also a cracker of a shot to me

    Wow, what a superb image. Details of the bird are very clear and the Bg is nicely complementing the colors.

    Well exposed colours Gerrie, and that 600 sure is paying dividends with such a great close up of a little shy character. Love the sharp detail too. Well captured.

    Lovely warm light makes those colours leap out against the BG, Gerrie. Maybe a little more room below and left.

    This is so nice!! The colours are fantastic! Sharp with awesome detail. Agree about the shooting angle and also feel bird is slightly big in the frame but still awesome shot.

    Gerrie - This bird is quickly becoming my favorite from the first time I saw one (I believe Harshad posted that image). You have captured its sublime colors beautifully and the bokeh is studio perfect! Wow - love this one.
