Default You take the Hooptie to the Spoonie

    Spoonbill, Tamp Bay Florida

This image was made last week while out on James Shadles boat. The Spoonies where exactly where he said and we were able to make a water approach and get some nice images. I can only imagine in another week or 2 when the breeding colors really are in full bloom...besides that James has a new boat the Hooptie Deux!

Great light, pose and details. What is that on the bottom? The BG greens look a bit oversaturated on my monitor and I might be tempted to remove the dark band at the top.

Very nice work George! I love the gorgeous light, the raised leg, and those oh so nice falling water drops! I hope to get a chance with these great birds one day myself...sounds like James is the man with the plan. :) Well done.
