    It's pretty small on the screen but I thought the perch added something and I didn't want to remove it. What do you think.

    Gorgeous little fellow Rob! Well done. I feel it's a little small and if it were mine I would be tempted to crop tighter (also eliminating the upright tree trunk) and place the bird off center. Excellent work! :)

    I agree Rob. That perch is something special and its colours fit well with the background and the babbler.
    Great pose captured too.

    loved the extra space around, nice pose and BG gives a nice feel to the frame.. would also love to see a tighter crop as the strong pose is a bit overshadowed by the distracting branches.. still like this too.. congrats..

    Way to go, Rob ! Like it as is. This works for me. Not to say there isn't another great image within that presented. You would be well pleased.

    I like the curves in this Rob, especially the beak following the perch. Good sharp detail captured, and agree with Akos to crop away some of the trunk on the RHS. Lovely complimentary BG too.

    I really like this well balance image Rob. I wouldn't change anything. I like the perch, details and background.
