Zenon - I like this image a lot as the wings are up, showing off the body of this (hen mallard?) and the streamlined flight position is great. Exposure is nice as well and the water really adds to the image with its choppiness. The water droplets along and behind the bird add a little icing to the cake! You did well to make a common bird look great! Composition-wise, I think this is nice but there might be some other cropping options to make it look even better. Maybe even a vertical comp. Thanks.

Thanks very much. Are you thinking some negative space above? That came into my mind when you suggested it. Yes Mallard Hen. The boys were chasing her around so she took off. Teenagers

Not sure what I'm thinking here. The perception is that the bird is a little low in the frame but its necessary because those wings are pointing straight up in the air. Lets wait and see if some of the others come up with ideas. Otherwise, its beautiful as composed.

Very well captured Zenon. The image is sharp and well exposed. I like the comp as is.
I would prefer to see the bird angled towards you and would suggest that you try to extract just a tad more feather detail in the white feathers during PP?
