I guess they call me the late Ms. Enns. Even though its not even the Christmas holidays.... or maybe Al meant ORANGE AND BROWN!!!! OH NO! (Happy thanksgiving!?) I am just posting this for fun, I know its out of focus in the berries a bit. And the BG is actually part of the baneberry. This was shot in July, its baneberry (Actea rubra) berries and horsetail (Equisetum arvense) in a wet spot. I dont know what the settings were. Maybe I should just say...Happy Monday folks.

Sorry Jeff, I went back to look and if I had metadata its not with this particular JPEG file that I can figure out. It was taken for work on plants somewhere, that much I know.

Happy Monday day too (actually it's already Tuesday here in Thailand).
The berry do look a bit out of focus, seem like the focus is on the green leaf in front of the berries. I like the side lighting which help in showing the round shape of the berries. Maybe more DOF and tripod next time (just guessing here since no EXIF).

Thanks Thanaboon. I wish I was in Thailand right now, let me tell you. Yes, I should be using a tripod and have even purchased one. Apparently I purchased the same one Bruce had just recently sold! I wonder if other people do that?

Thank you for your kind comments.

I like it a lot Kat The Placement berries is just fine, might only darken the corners a bit to funnel the attention to the center. ... will make a great card !!

Thanks, Lance and Al! if I can find the raw file, I could darken the corners with a vignette, right? THis is what I am TOLD anyway... I dont want to pretend I actually knew this.
