    I took this photograph in Pretoria South Africa. I cropped this a bit from the side and top. 40D, 100-400, ISO 400, 6.3, 1/1600, handheld.

    Nice chasing image. I like the setting, light and poses. The wing touching the water is great although the splash must have come from the bird in front.

    My kind of image Stephen. I am in love with action shots when I can get them, that is what I look for each time out. This is a good example and well captured.

    I'm with George. Action really makes a photo much better IMHO than a static.

    I too love these chase birds images and this is a fine example. Nice work.
    Personally I would prefer a looser crop to give the birds more room to move !!!
