So many toothy animals in this forum but this noble beast hasn't made an appearance. No this isn't the infamous cave bear, it is a brown lemming. This little fellow found himself in an exposed spot on a snow bank as a parasitic jaeger passed over. A bit of a depression and an attempt at a bark bigger than his bite was the best he could muster. Not technically great and a bit soft where it matters but I like the howling posture of the wee beast.

Your timing is priceless and I love the surrounding snow and ice that frame this little fella. Excellent exposure too. This one really brought a smile to my face. Many thanks for sharing Delcan.
